Shipping & Delivery
We will ship by Royal Mail first class post, unless otherwise agreed, to the shipping address you enter on our system. This must match the registered address of your Paypal account or Credit Card.
Returns & Replacements
Your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 mean you may return goods as received within 7 days for full refund. In the rare event that the goods are faulty or materially not as described, we will exchange or replace them. You are responsible for return costs.
Ordering
You can order through this website and pay for the goods at time of order. You may also order by email. You may either pay postage or opt for collection at one of the events we attend, with payment on collection. For the purposes of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, ‘ACCEPTANCE' of your order will take place when the goods are dispatched or handed to you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment will normally be made at time of order. Where we offer price breaks for multiple quantities, these are for multiples of the same item. When shopping in person at an event, however, it may be possible to 'mix and match' comparable products at the multiple price.
